PICK UPS/HAUL OFFS: We will pick up almost everything, with a few exceptions.  Please see the info below for more of the guidelines.   If we don't pick it up or haul it off, we will happily make arrangements for you!

PRICING:

Estate Sale Prep & Hosting - We divide the proceeds of the sale 60/40.  You will receive 60% of the sales from your estate. 

Boxing Up/Haul Offs - We will box up your items at no charge, up to 40 boxes.  You provide the boxes/bins. After 40 boxes, there is a $5/box fee.  Our pick ups/haul offs are always FREE! 

TRAVEL: Our estate sale services are located in Amarillo, Texas.  We will travel to surrounding areas to conduct a sale or haul off with an additional travel fee of $1/mile for any location over 30 miles.
